PAYMENT
Cash (change is limited)
All major credit cards are accepted. No checks please.
$2 card processing fee all card payments . This does not include deposits at booking.

Gift cards, gift certificates, discount codes, vip tickets, rewards can not be shared.
CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us at least five hours in advance in the event of a cancellation. Late cancellations will result in a $40 cancellation fee.
No Call No Show will result in a $40 fee.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable between technicians. Deposits can be applied to rescheduled appointments.
APPOINTMENTS
Pre-booking is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome.
Recurring Appointments Program fee is $80 to enroll. Monthly invoice for deposits will be sent by email. Failure to pay monthly invoice will result in removal of recurring appointments.
GUESTS
No children allowed in shop. Only clients allowed in working area.
Before you book, please note that our protocols have changed for your safety and compliance with state guidelines. Please read below for important changes coming to Envy.
Masks are required to receive service. If you do not have your own, Envy will provide extras.
All guests will be screened upon entry. In addition to a temperature check at the door, you may be screened for symptoms. If you are determined to be sick, your appointment will be rescheduled and you’ll be asked to come back for service at a later date. Please reschedule your appointment on your own if you feel ill at any point.
There are limits on capacity. Seating and service capacity will be very limited. No children or guests who are not receiving service will be allowed during this time. Walk-ins are still welcome but capacity will be VERY limited and overflow may be asked to wait outside of the building.
Hand sanitizer is available. Please expect regular cleaning and hand sanitizer to be available throughout the shop.
Appointments more than 15 minutes late are subject to a $15 late fee.
