60%-40% 1 year contract ends you can continue as commission or switch over to booth rental you can not opt back to commission once on booth rental contract.
Must be already skilled & trained for services you wish to provided.
Training is available if needed with a fee. Fee is determined depending on training needed. (ESTHETICIANS & NAIL TECHS ONLY)

MENTORSHIP (ESTHETICIANS ONLY)
60%-40% 6 month contract , $500 due at contract signing (this payment is for the daily 1 on 1 skills/training sessions & business/branding guidance with Miya LeJoye
You will be able to work side by side Miya LeJoye learning her personal technique’s for each services.
Opportunity to enroll in classes outside of Envy to help master your skills.

Booth Rental/Independent Contractor
(ESTHETICIANS, NAIL TECHS, COSMETOLOGIST ONLY)
-Contract-auto renewal yearly
-$150 every SATURDAY 12pm
